Grizzlies’ Vince Williams Jr. Named to NBA Rising Stars Game as Injury Replacement

Memphis Grizzlies guard Vince Williams Jr. is headed to Indianapolis for the All-Star Weekend festivities.

The Grizzlies announced that the 23-year-old had been named to the 2024 Panini Rising Stars as an injury replacement for the mini-tournament during All-Star Weekend that showcases select NBA Rookies, Sophomores and G League players.

Williams Jr. is the 21st player in Grizzlies history to be selected to the Rising Stars game. He was a second-round pick in the 2022 NBA Draft and signed a multi-year contract with the Grizzlies in January.
