Swiss TMC Kuoni Business Travel has opened a new office in Lausanne, a move fuelled by recent client acquisitions, according to the company.
The Zurich-based travel management company expanded to the French-speaking city in December to “enhance customer proximity and accessibility” and “deliver a customer-centric service experience”.
The Lausanne outpost is the company’s fifth office in Switzerland as the TMC plans further expansion across the country to offer “personalised service delivered through dedicated employees”.
“The establishment of our new office in the French part of Switzerland marks a crucial stride in reinforcing our presence across all three language regions,” said Andreas Schneider, head of Kuoni Business Travel.
The TMC is part of the DER Touristik group of travel companies and in 2022 joined London-based TMC network GlobalStar, which ranked as the fourth largest TMC network in Europe in BTN Europe’s Leading TMCs 2023 report.
