I only recently started reading Reuters News when the war started in Ukraine and was blown away by the depth and quality of their coverage. But it wasn’t until I started listening to the Reuters World News podcast that I truly felt like I was right there on the ground with their reporters. The sounds recorded by the journalists create a unique atmosphere that really helps to bring the stories to life. It’s one thing to read about a conflict, but it’s quite another to hear gunfire, explosions, and people shouting. I find myself feeling a greater sense of empathy and connection to the people affected by these events.
