Swiss Life Asset Managers has launched a private infrastructure fund for individual investors that will aim to deliver 6 to 9% total return to investors annually.
The Privado Infrastructure fund will be set up as a European long-term investment fund (Eltif) and offer monthly subscriptions to investors. It will permit quarterly redemptions up to a maximum of 5% of net asset value.
This is the third Eltif launch announced this week, with Swedish asset manager SEB IM and alternatives platform Moonfare bringing private equity-focused products to the market. This follows the introduction of new rules to the Eltif framework on 10 January, which are meant to ease investor access to such strategies.
